The Performance Coordinator will assist the producers in selecting performance acts for the live show that work well with the overall concept of the EVVYs. They are responsible for scouting and contacting various performances and groups around campus. Additionally, they are responsible for hiring a small team to assist in scouting for performances and groups around campus. Must be able to attend weekly production staff meetings, showings of performances throughout the year to scout potential talent, and must be available full time during Gala and Majestic production week.
