Works With: All of Audio Team, Broadcast Director, Producers, Writers, Tech Managers, Script Supervisor, Production Supervisor.
The Audio Manager is responsible for leading and hiring a team of Audio Engineers, providing proper audio support to the EVVYS broadcast in the form of both broadcast and theatrical audio. They will be responsible for preparing needed audio equipment leading up to each respective broadcast, and overseeing each load in/out of the equipment for each show during tech week. Knowledge of audio mixing and support is desired in order to make the broadcast and auditory success. They will also be responsible for participating in respective walk throughs in an effort to become familiar with show spaces in order to better prepare for each show. The Audio Manager will be responsible for attending weekly staff meetings with other heads of department throughout the year, and hiring associated Audio Staff that are additionally needed for tech. They are expected to be available full-time during both the Gala and Majestic Technical weeks.
