Presenters Coordinator

The EVVY Awards has been fortunate to have worked with some incredible presenters during the Gala and Majestic shows, introducing categories for presentation and congratulating the winners. As the Presenters Coordinator, you are responsible for — you guessed it — securing these presenters. However, more than just that, you must be present the day and week of both shows, greeting presenters, making sure they feel comfortable, in the right place, and have all their questions answered. Hiring a team for contacting presenters would be spectacular. This role, and the corresponding team, serves as the voice between the production, the presenters and stage management.
