Submissions and Nominations Coordinator

Using our submissions platform, this position will work alongside the four producers to create the submission packet, ensuring that all Emersonians are able to successfully submit their creative works to be judged. It is a requirement that you are available for the duration of submissions weeks — you’ll receive many questions via email and will need to troubleshoot the submissions process alongside the Webmaster. This position does not include theater (see below.) This position is also responsible for gathering nominee info to pass along to necessary teams as a part of the overall submission + nominee pipeline. This coordinator will also hire a team to assist in this process.
