The Last Step in Submitting

  1. Print all of your registration forms. Lost your registration form? Go to My Entries and click on the title of the registration.
  2. Sign all of your registration forms.
  3. All "Additional Participants" must also sign a talent release form. Print an extra and have them sign.
  4. If you entered the Outstanding Performance category, print and fill out the additional entry form.
  5. Calculate the cost of your entries. Payment may be in cash, check, or money order.
  6. Get all of the above to us…
    1. Bring your forms, fees, and entry media to a Drop Off Point, or
    2. Just bring your forms and fees to a Drop Off Point and submit your entry media online

Entry Fee

  • First four entries: $15 each
  • Every fifth entry: FREE!
  • Each entry after your first five: $10 each
