Submit your work!

Head over to our Submissions system to submit your work.

We will be accepting submissions until 11:59 PM on April 6, 2012. You can download the Submissions Packet for information on every category. Contact submit [at] evvyawards.org with any questions.

 

Submission Instructions

To submit, go online to evvyawards.org/submit and create a login name and password or sign in with your Facebook account. First, you must purchase credits with either your credit card or PayPal account: $10 for each submission or $25 for three submissions. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used during this year’s submission period. After submitting your work, the next step is to upload it. You will be directed to our Median Upload page, and then after a successful upload, you will be redirected back to the EVVYs site where you will finish the submission process.

All forms will be filled out and signed online with the exception of theatrical submissions. Contact theater [at] evvyawards.org for more information.

Only list the members of the production team who are responsible for the creative content of the submission.

 

Submission Guidelines

All work submitted to the EVVY Awards must be made by current Emerson students.

Please make sure your submission follows the criteria for each category you are submitting to. You can submit your work to more than one category as long as it applies.

In an attempt to keep submissions anonymous, please remove any credits or slates that identify the students working on the piece.

The judges are only required to watch 30 minutes of each submission. Entries longer than 30 minutes can still be submitted, but the judges will pick which portion of the piece they want to watch.

The EVVY Awards Banquet (on April 28th) will award from the Journalism, Marketing and Advertising, Writing, Communication Studies, and Digital Media categories. The EVVY Awards (on May 12th) will award from the Performance, Film, Broadcast, Behind the Scenes, and Theater categories.
