The EVVY Awards Banquet

The EVVY Awards Banquet is on April 27 at 7PM in the Bill Bordy Theater and recognizes excellent student work in the areas of marketing, political communication, writing, journalism, photography, and social media.

Tickets for the banquet can be purchased beginning April 19th outside of the dining hall. Stay tuned for more ticketing information.

Lauren Cortizo

 

Lauren Cortizo is a senior Marketing Communications major with a minor in journalism. She spends most of her time on campus pretending she’s a broadcast journalism major, serving as the Active Living RA, and being a sister of Kappa Gamma Chi. From a small suburb outside of Boston, Cortizo has interned at Walt Disney Studios and is currently the Student Brand Manager for Chipotle. After graduation, she hopes to go back to Los Angeles or New York City to continue working within the entertainment industry.

 

 

Anthony Masters

 

Anthony Masters is a Junior Theater Studies: Acting major here at Emerson.  He is also a member of the short form improv troupe Stroopwafel. Recent theater credits include, Cyclops produced by Emerson Shakespeare Society, and Twelfth Night produced by Emerson Shakespeare Society.  Recent film credits include “Approaching Normal” directed by Zach Bernstein.  He cannot be more thrilled to be a part of the EVVY’s Banquet and to recognize the many talented students that embody Emerson College.
